Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

Cancellation with more than 24 hours’ notice: No deposit to reschedule or rebook required.

Cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show: Client will not be charged a cancellation fee, but a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required to rebook or keep their next pre-booked appointment.

50% Non-Refundable Deposits: We will apply your deposit in full toward that completed grooming appointment.

Repeat Offenses: Clients who repeatedly have late cancellations or no-show appointments may be required to pay a deposit with each future appointment booked.

We completely understand that things happen. People get sick, cars break down, emergencies come up, and sometimes life simply doesn’t go according to plan. We will always use our best judgment when unexpected circumstances arise.
